Shipping policy

Our products are delivered in the following ways:

1. Front Door Parcel Delivery

   • Delivered via carriers such as UPS or USPS to your delivery address.

2. Local Pickup from a UPS Access Point

   • Never miss a delivery again by selecting UPS Access Point at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order has arrived at the chosen location, and you can then pick up within 7 days at a time convenient to you.

3. Home Delivery

   • Suitable for most furniture and other items that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits. This usually includes our Premium White Glove service and Unlimited Items for a Flat Rate fee.
   • Doorstep Delivery may be available at a reduced Flat Rate. This option does not include assembly, and you are responsible for bringing the items into your home.

Shipping Rate Calculation

We will calculate and let you know the shipping rate prior to fulfilling your order. This ensures you are fully aware of any shipping costs before your order is processed.
