Refund policy

At Cornerblock Custom, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. You can initiate a return for eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order.

Claims for Defective Merchandise

  • Eligibility: Claims for defective merchandise must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for service or replacement.
  • Packaging: Defective items must be returned in their original packaging without any markings or writing.
  • Required Documentation: Include pictures of the defect and a copy of the invoice with your claim. Email your claim to: contact@cornerblockcustom.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, previously displayed, or assembled.
  • Open Box and final sale items (with prices ending in $.97 or $.99).
  • Made-to-Order (MTO) items.
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.

Damage During Transit

  • Inspect all packages for damage before signing the freight bill.
  • If there is visible damage, ensure the carrier signs the freight bill acknowledging the damage.
  • Claims for items damaged during transit must be made directly with the freight carrier.

Return Shipment Instructions

  • All returned shipments must be prepaid by the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for the return freight cost back to us.
  • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our customer service at contact@cornerblockcustom.com.
  • Include the RMA number and original invoice with your return shipment.

Exchange for Defective Merchandise

Exchanges for defective items will be processed and shipped with the customer's next order to their warehouse.

Damage Claims

Ensure you have the original invoice and RMA number when making a damage claim.
